By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner submitted an application seeking transfer of patta in respect of lands in Survey No.175/8A, admeasuring 0.05.5 acres in Karaikurichy Village and pursuant to his representation dated 18.02.2015, though summons were issued by the Office of the first respondent calling upon him to appear before the first respondent on 31.03.2015, no progress took place and hence, came forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.G.Pugazhenthi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2.
4. This Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2015, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2015, after putting on notice the petitioner and the persons concerned and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner and the persons concerned.
