Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 2nd respondent from harassing the petitioner on the basis of false complaint given by the 3rd respondent with regard to the properties in S.No.267, 268, 274, 279/1, 279/2, 279/4, 280, 280/1 and 280/2, situated at Mitahalli Village and in S.No.156/1, 156/1B, 68, situated at Gangaleri Village and S.No.184/1 and 183/1B, situated at Amanimittahalli Village, in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2016.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 2nd respondent from harassing the petitioner on the basis of false complaint given by the 3rd respondent with regard to the properties in S.No.267, 268, 274, 279/1, 279/2, 279/4, 280, 280/1 and 280/2, situated at Mitahalli Village and in S.No.156/1, 156/1B, 68, situated at Gangaleri Village and S.No.184/1 and 183/1B, situated at Amanimittahalli Village, in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the third respondent has not lodged any complaint against his mother, who is the petitioner in the writ petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that this petitioner had lodged a complaint against her son, (3rd respondent), pursuant to which, the petitioner was called to the police station for enquiry. He further submitted that enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 20.06.2016.
