This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to provide police protection to the petitioner's house property by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2024.

2. Heard Mr.T.Balachandran, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, no current 2/4

paper or CSR has been assigned till date and a decision will be taken on the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2024 at the earliest.

In view of the submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2024 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
