C.M.P.No.9064 of 2024 in C.M.A.Sr.No.29722 of 2024 N.ANAND VENKATESH , J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 221 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Paper publication has been effected on the first respondent and proof of service has also been filed. The name of the first respondent has been printed in the cause list. However, there is no representation for the first respondent either in person or through counsel.

3. The second respondent is represented through a counsel.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 221 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

6. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.R.Neethi Perumal, learned counsel for second respondent at the time of admission.
