This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 19.11.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 19.11.2014, it is seen that this petitioner had invested Rs.14,00,000/- in a Real Estate Enterprises with the opposite party and it did not fetch profit. The complaint does not even disclose the dates on which the amounts were paid. Nevertheless, the allegation appears to be a partnership dispute, which can be resolved only through the Civil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court. No positive direction can be issued to Police to register an F.I.R., In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
