C.M.P.No.14484 of 2016 in C.M.A.No.545 of 2016 T.RAJA,J.

This petition is filed praying for a direction to the Registry to send the Lower Court records in M.C.O.P.No.156 of 2016 to the file of the III Additional District Court, Virdhachalam.

Learned counsel appearing for the claimants submitted that such a direction may be given only for a period of two weeks, so as to facilitate the claimants withdraw the amount deposited with accrued interest.

Since the learned counsel appearing for the Insurance Company has no objection in permitting the claimants to withdraw the award amount, Registry is directed to send the Lower Court records in M.C.O.P.No.156 of 2016 to the file of the III Additional District Court, Vridhachalam only for a period of two weeks, to enable the claimants withdraw the award amount deposited with interest as on date.

It is made clear that once the amount is withdrawn by the claimants within two weeks, Registry shall ensure return of the original records.
