This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.31997 of 2024, dated 28.01.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is completed.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.31997 of 2024, dated 28.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
