ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 11.2.2014 in W.P.No.3927 of 2014, directed the respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment positively and to appoint him in any suitable post within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Alleging that the said order has not been

complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3.
