This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 227 days in filing this Cross Objection in C.M.A.No.1101 of 2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and 1st respondent and perused the records.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 227 days is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the cross objection and list the same along with C.M.A.Nos.915, 1093, 1096, 1097, 1099 & 1101 of 2023 on 04.07.2024.
