Crl.O.P.No.13312 of 2016 S.VAIDYANATHAN, J Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners in CSR No.110 of 2016.

2.Hence, the respondent police is directed to complete the petition enquiry and shall either register a case or drop further action and file a status report before this court on 27.07.2016.

Till then, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioners.

3.Post the matter for reporting compliance on 27.07.2016.
