O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed on the ground that there was a violation of the interim order passed by this Court on 13.02.2023. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the interim order passed by this Court was not violated and the respondents had merely sought for a clarification from the higher authorities and subsequently the interim orders have been complied with.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had joined duty and therefore the learned counsel submitted that this Contempt Petition can be closed.

3. Recording the submissions made on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed.
