PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 praying to set aside the Arbitral Award dated 12.07.2014, passed by the second respondent in Arbitration Case No.SK/SF/106 of 2013 with the cost of the petitioner.

The parties pending the proceedings, had entered into a settlement which is extracted in the order dated 15.11.2018. The only payment that remained was a sum of Rs.25,000/-, which counsels would report, has also been paid.

2. Considering the fact that the entire amount has been paid and the settlement has been given effect to, nothing survives for consideration in the Original Petition No.701 of 2015.

3. In view of the above, OP is disposed of. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 08.01.2020 mrn Index: Yes/No Speaking order/non-speaking order
