ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.12.2014 under the necessary provisions of the S.C & S.T (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989 and investigate in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that since the dispute is between two parties with regard to the property, Section 107 Cr.P.C., proceeding is initiated in which, this petitioner has been shown as "B" party.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
