ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.34 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits that the petitioner herein is the lorry owner in which 3 tons of mavukal was illegally mined from the Government land and transported. The lorry driver has fled from the scene of occurrence once the lorry was stopped.

3. Considering the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
