JUDGMENT

2. On earlier occasions also, the petitioner was not present to prosecute his case. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the petitioner has not fully availed the remedy before the Labour Court and directly approached this Writ Court, thereby sought for dismissal of this Writ petition.

3. Since the petitioner has no interest to prosecute this case, there is no option for this Court except to dismiss this petition.

4. Therefore, this Writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
