(Order of the Court was made by S.Manikumar,J) State Bank of Hyderabad, represented by its Authorised Officer, Porur branch, Chennai, has sought for a writ of mandamus, directing the District Collector/Magistrate, Kumbakonam District, Kumbakonam, to dispose of the representation, dated 9/1/2014, enabling the Bank, to take possession of the immovable properties, measuring an extent of 1716 Sq.ft., together with building, comprised in S.No.279/1 eastern part of Plot No.31, as per sub-division plan and now Plot No.31-A, Kamatchi Nagar, I Street, Iyyappanthangal Village, Sriperumpudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, by producing a copy of the proceedings, in R.C.No.M3/12120/2014, dated 22/9/2015, of the District Magistrate and District Collector, Kumbakonam, Mr.K.V.Dhanapalan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the first respondent, submitted that the petition, dated 9/1/2014 has been disposed of.
3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed. Photo copy of the proceedings, dated 22/9/2015, shall be treated as part of the records. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
