This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.29 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Section 379 of IPC as against the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Investigation has been completed in Crime No.29 of 2019 on 08.02.2019 and also filed a final report on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Gingee.
3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
