The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 240 days in filing this criminal revision against the judgment dated 03.03.2023 made in C.C.No.272 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
