having submitted that the matter has been settled among the parties and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this O.P. to that effect he had made an endorsement in the petition stating that "matter has been settled by the parties. This may be recorded" and this court doth recording the same, it is ordered as follows:- That the O.P. No.702 of 2015 be and is hereby dismissed, as nothing survives for adjudication.
