This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.9422 of 2024 in Crl.OP.no.6028 of 2023 dated 14.07.2023.

3. Taking all the factors into consideration, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner and hence, the petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner shall continue the conditions as already imposed on him.
