ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant 30 days leave to Abdhul Razaak, Life Convict No.10710, detained at Central Prison, Coimbatore, on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

basis of petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the convict prisoner Abdhul Razaak was granted leave and thereafter, he has surrendered before the prison authorities.

In such view of the matter, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
