ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who is 56 years old man is alleged to have committed offences under Sections 342, 324, 354A of IPC and Sections 9(m) and 10 of the POCSO Act. The Section 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim girl has been recorded and the medical record also substantiated the allegation made against this petitioner. 2.Considering the fact that the matter is of aggravated sexual assault on 10 years old girl by a man aged 56 years residing very near to the house of the victim girl, this Court is of the view that granting of bail to the petitioner will endanger the victim girl.
