[ 2ND RESPONDENT DEFACTO COMPLAINANT IN BOTH THE PETITIONS ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.A.No.448 & 447 /2020 by its order dated 18.11.2020. (CRL MP.Nos.7256 & 7259 of 2021 IN CRL A.448 & 447 of 2020) Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SELVAM, Advocate for the petitioners, in both cases and of MR.S.SUGENDRAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl.
Side) (in both the petitions) on behalf of the Respondents (in both the petitions) the court made the following order:- This Court by an order dated 18.11.2020 in Crl.A.Nos.447 and 448 of 2020 while granting bail to the appellants imposed a condition that the appellants shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday i.e. from 21.11.2020 at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The present petitions have been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent would submit that the petitioners/appellants have not complied with the condition imposed by this Court on 18.11.2020. 4.Since the petitioners have not complied with the condition imposed by this Court, they are not entitled for any relief sought for in these petitions. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners/appellants. Accordingly, these miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
