CRIME NO.48/2022.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that 6(b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.No.2511 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.DEEPAK KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2511 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the conditions without any deviation and the Investigation Officer has completed the investigation and filed a final report.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side),the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
