O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.]

1. The detenue/Ms.Geetha, who is aged about 17 years, has been produced.

2. We have interacted with the detenue/Ms.Geetha. She says that she wants to return to the petitioner, i.e., her mother. The detenue/Ms.Geetha also says that she, in the interregnum, married, one, Mr.Manikandan.

3. To be noted, we are informed by Mr.V.M.R.Rajentran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, that Mr.Manikandan, is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

being prosecuted, inter alia, under the POCSO Act, and that, he is in judicial custody at the moment.

4. In these circumstances, as desired by the detenue/Ms.Geetha, she is released to the custody and care of the petitioner, being a minor.

5. The petition is, accordingly, closed.
