O R D E R This petition is filed, to direct the learned Additional District Judge, Hosur to expedite the trial of the Suit in O.S.No.167 of 2019 and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners filed the suit in O.S.No.167 of 2019 against the respondent, seeking the relief of declaration of title in respect of the suit property and for permanent injunction and for declaring that gift deed executed by the 2nd defendant in favour of the 1st defendant. The first petitioner is a senior citizen and the case is pending at the stage of trial. Therefore, this petition is filed. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the trial has commenced and P.W.1 was examined in Chief on 08.04.2021 and thereafter, there is no progress. Therefore, he prayed for fixing time limit for disposing the case.
4.The first petitioner is a senior citizen and hence priority should be given to dispose the case at the earliest. The learned Additional District Judge, Hosur, is directed to dispose the case in O.S.No.167 of 2019 as expeditiously as 2/4
possible, preferably within the period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
