J U D G M E N T

(JUDGMENT OF THE COURT WAS DELIVERED BY NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO, J.,) This Writ Appeal under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent is preferred against the same Common Judgment rendered in a Batch of Writ Petitions commencing from W.P.No.16341/2017 by the learned Single Judge of this Court.

In fact, a Batch of Writ Appeals, including the one preferred by the State in W.A.No.1838/2017 has been preferred. We had traversed into the gamut and rendered our judgment. We have upheld the view taken by the learned Single Judge by our judgment dated 31.07.2017.

In view of the conclusion rendered by us in our judgment referred to above and for the same reasons, we dismiss this Writ Appeal. No costs.
