ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 18.10.2021 in C.S.R.No.520 of 2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, no action was taken by the respondent Police.
3.The Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the complaint in C.S.R.No.530 of 2021 was closed. 4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
