O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.28497 of 2012 dated 18.07.2013.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the complaint prima facie discloses commission of cognizable offence, no action has been taken and the complaint was closed under the pretext that the petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry. The learned counsel further would submit that the petitioner is always ready to co-operate with the respondent police for due and proper enquiry and prays for appropriate orders.

3. In the counter affidavit of the respondent, it is averred, among other things, that the petitioner repeatedly did not co-operate with the respondent for enquiry and the respondent, left with no other option, has closed the complaint.

4. In the light of the stand taken by the petitioner that he is ready to co-operate with the respondent, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent on 29.03.2016 with all necessary documents and the respondent shall conduct proper enquiry and thereafter, proceed further in accordance with law.
