O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 19.02.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for cancellation of the UDR patta that stands in the name of the second respondent and to issue individual patta to the legal heirs of the great grandfather of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.
2. Heard Mr.C.S.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate appearing for first respondent.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction 2/4
to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 19.02.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the second respondent and orders shall be passed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
