This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner for reporting before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP.No.1898 of 2025 dated 28.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed that the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.1898 of 2025 dated 28.01.2025, is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 19.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police, Thiruchengode Town Police Station, Namakkal District.
