The petitioners seek issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities held by their sister A.Kanageswari, who died intestate on 29.08.2012. The respondents are the legal heirs of the deceased A.Kanagerwari's brothers A.Dayalan and A.Padmaraj.

2. The first petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, he has produced the death certificate of A.Kanageswari as Ex.P1. The death certificates of the mother Aandal Ammal and the brothers A.Dayalan and A.Padmaraj have been filed as Exs.P2, P3 and P4 respectively. The legal heirship certificate of A.Dayalan and A.Padmaraj have been filed as Exs.P5 and P6. The consent affidavits of the respondents have marked as Exs.P9 to P13. Paper publication have been effected in one Tamil and English daily and no objections have been received.

3. In view of the said evidence , the original petition is allowed directing to issue succession certificate in favour of the petitioners in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. 13.03.2019 kkn http://www.judis.nic.in
