For Petitioners : Mr. G.Suryanarayanan COMMON ORDER After some argument, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to move the appropriate forum. An endorsement has also been made to the said effect on the bundle. Recording the said endorsement, these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate fora, in a manner known to law, if so advised.
