This petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2024, 29.01.2025 & 02.02.2025 and to provide protection to the petitioner's life and liberty.

It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the counter party with regard to the wakf property. In this regard, the petitioner has already been filed a petition before the Wakf Tribunal. Further for the property dispute, the police protection cannot be granted and the petitioner ought to have approached the Wakf Tribunal for appropriate relief. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot
be considered and the writ petition itself is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
