This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit their share of amount out of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.1377 of 2023 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur and to execute separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each for a like sum pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26069 of 2023 dated 07.12.2023.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners to comply with the above conditions as imposed by this Court, on or before 12.04.2024, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
