O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner wherein the petitioner has requested for conducting survey in the subject property and for laying boundary stones.

2. Heard Mr.S.Arokiamaniraj, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 18.02.2015 registered as document No.423 of 2015. The petitioner made a representation requesting the second respondent to conduct survey and to lay the boundary stones. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction 2/4

to the petitioner to submit an OnLine application to the second respondent along with all the particulars and by paying necessary charges. On receipt of the same, the second respondent shall act upon the OnLine application and conduct the survey in the subject property in line with the title document and also the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner's mother. If there are any rival claims, such survey shall be conducted in their presence. This process shall be completed by the second respondent within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of OnLine application from the petitioner. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
