A.No.1533 of 2021 A.No.1533 of 2021 N.SATHISH KUMAR,J This application has been filed to pass an order of appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the commercial vehicle, goods carry, TATA LPT 4823 CRE BSIV 10x2 bearing Chassis No.MAT541203K3F18663, Engine No.9B4S23OT191F63798198, Registration No.KA16-D-4654 to the custody of the applicant, available at the respondent premises or wherever found and with whomsoever it is found and permit the Advocate Commissioner to obtain Police aid and to break open the premises.

2. Heard Mr.G.Mahar Amutha Surya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms/Lakshmipriya Muthuramalingam, Advocate Commissioner.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, through Video Conferencing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the matter is settled between the parties, prays this Court for 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

4. Accordingly, this Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

As the fee of the Advocate Commissioner is not paid, and since the matter is settled between the parties amicably, applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) to the learned Advocate Commissioner, within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
