The writ petition has been instituted challenging the order dated 23.01.2024, passed by the first respondent.

2. With reference to the claim of the writ petitioner, a review petition has been instituted before the Vice-chancellor of the University and the said review petition is pending.

3. That being the factum, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the review petition already filed and the competent authority shall consider the review petition and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. 2/4
