PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to take appropriate action on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.06.2012 and the reminder dated 06.04.2015 against Leelavathi for making a false complaint against the petitioner. ORDER

The petitioner was proceeded against departmentally based on a complaint of the 2nd respondent, who is also an employee like the petitioner. Now, according to the petitioner, the departmental enquiry has ended in exoneration of charges. Hence, he sent a complaint dated 23.6.2012 and a reminder dated 6.4.2015 to the respondent to take appropriate action against the 2nd respondent.

2. In my view, the petitioner cannot maintain this writ petition seeking action against the 2nd respondent for giving a complaint that led to taking departmental action against the petitioner. That too, it took place long back. The earlier representation/complaint was in 2012. Thereafter, he has sent another letter dated 6.4.2015 so as to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
