When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced a copy of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in E.S.Sundara Mahalingam Vs The Special Tribunal for Co-operative Societies (District Judge), Tirunelveli and others, in W.A.No.4021 of 2019 dated 22.11.2019, directing the similar matter to be renumbered as Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to renumber the present writ petition as Civil Revision Petition and list it before the concerned Portfolio Court.
