ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner MISC-289 dated 21.11.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with the law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.739 of 2014. Hence, the respondent-Police is directed to register a regular case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.11.2014 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
