ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 07.02.2025 given by the petitioner wherein, the petitioner has sought for cancellation of patta granted in favour of the 3 rd respondent.
2.Heard Mr.S.Elumalai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 & 2.
3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to deal with the representation/appeal given by the petitioner on 07.02.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording
