By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner submitted an appeal memorandum to the first respondent dated 04.02.2011 challenging the legality of the order passed by the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Thiruthuraipoondi dated 31.07.2010 transferring patta in the name of one Manupriya, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

W/o.Kumaresan and also submitted a representation dated 03.03.2015 and since it has not been disposed of, came forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Subbiah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice for the respondents.

4. This Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2015, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2015, after putting on notice the petitioner and the rival claimant Manupriya, W/o.Kumaresan and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner and the persons concerned.
