2.Heard the leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the proposed party is necessary for effective disposal of the matter, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

4.Issue notice to the impleaded respondent returnable by 17.03.2023.
