ORDER

This Court, while allowing the writ petition in W.P.No.611 of 2017, by order dated 23.11.2016, directed the respondents to regularise the service period of the petitioner with selection grade pay from 04.09.2006 to 21.02.2007 and to take steps to pay the amount of provident fund and special provident fund to the petitioner and also further directed to pay the consequential pensionary benefits including pension from the date of retirement of the petitioner from 31.10.2010.

2.Now, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 02.12.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 20.06.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
