ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the District Collector, Dharmapuri appointing the third respondent as a Noon Meal Organizer in the Government High School, Chinnankuppam coming under the Harur Panchayat Union, Dharmapuri, on the ground that the petitioner is an eligible candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste community and her husband is also suffering from cancer.

2. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner, while challenging the order of appointment issued to the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, has not even mentioned anything about her disqualification that may tilt the mind of the Court to atleast issue notice. Even a perusal of the affidavit does not show the disqualification attributed on the part of the third respondent or the comparative merits of the petitioner. Therefore, merely on the ground that the petitioner belongs to a weaker section and her husband is an ailing patient, this Court may not be in a position to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.34964 & 34965 of 2017 are also dismissed. No costs.
