This petition has been filed seeking to amend case number as C.C.No.2 of 2024 instead of C.C.No.79 of 2022 and also to amend the satisfaction and jurisdictional Court as Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal, Namakkal District instead of Learned Judicial Magistrate, Senthamangalam, Namakkal District in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.28997 of 2023 dated 28.12.2023.

3.Considering the submissions, this amendment petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in all the places wherever the correction is required in the petition seeking bail in Crl.O.P.No.28997 of 2023 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 28.12.2023.
