This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m, for the period of three months and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for another period of three months by order dated 31.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of four weeks and thereafter on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
