Prayer in Crl.OP.Nos.13320 and 13322 of 2016:- Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent to register the complaint and file FIR against the accused and the named person respectively mentioned in the complaint dated 22.05.2016.

Prayer in Crl.OP.No.13324 of 2016:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent to register the complaint and file FIR against the accused for the complaint dated 22.05.2016 vide CSR No.172 of 2016. For Petitioners :Mr.Sounder Vijay for Mr.R.C.Paul Kanagaraj in all CrlOPs For Respondent :Mr.C.Emalias Additional Public Prosecutor in all CrlOPs COMMON ORDER Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 22.05.2016 and to file an FIR against the accused, the petitioners have come up with these petitions. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint given by one Myleri, petitioner in CrlOP No.13324 of 2016, the petition enquiry in CSR No.

172 of 2016 was conducted and the same was closed on 25.02.2016 on the ground that the parties have amicably settled the issues. 3.It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that on the complaint given by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

one K.S.Umar, petitioner in CrlOP No.13320 of 2016 and Raju, petitioner in CrlOP No.13322 of 2016, no enquiry was conducted. 4.On perusal of the records, it is seen that the petitioners in CrlOP Nos.13320 and 13322 of 2016 have sent complaints to the respondent by post.

5.In such circumstances, the petitioners in CrlOP Nos.13320 and 13322 of 2016 are directed to appear in person before the respondent police along with this Common Order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 22.05.2016.

On receipt of such complaints, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
