This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4008 of 2023 in para 7 of the order as follows :- "7. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance within a period of fifteen days fro the date on which the order copy made ready before the District Mahila Court, Namakkal on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties, on whom one must be blood relative and each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further conditions that" 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has no blood relative, he has filed this petition to modify the condition.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition to report before the respondent police is modified to that effect as follows:- "The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance within a period of fifteen days fro the date on which the order copy made ready before the District Mahila Court, Namakkal on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties, on whom one must be close relative of petitioner's native with aadhar card and each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed." 2/4

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 4008 of 2023 vide order dated 22.02.2023 shall remain unalterted.

5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of the copy of order. 17.03.2023 rpp 3/4
